Who it's for
A personal trainer in Bratislava for two kinds of people
You want to start — but you don't know how.
It was never about being lazy. Nobody showed you how to do it. You want to do it properly — with someone who says: do this.
- You have never trained regularly and don't know where to begin
- You want correct technique from day one — without picking up bad habits
- You want someone patient who won't make you feel judged
You train — but nothing changes.
You show up, you put the work in. But the scale is stuck, strength has plateaued, motivation is fading. The problem isn't effort — it's the plan.
- Progress has stalled despite consistent effort
- You sense something is off — but you can't tell what
- You want a concrete plan and someone in your corner

Questions
What people ask
Do you train in English?
Yes. Sessions, programming and all communication run in English, so nothing gets lost in translation. Bratislava's Old Town has a large expat community and English-speaking clients are a regular part of my week.
How much does a personal trainer in Bratislava cost?
Prices vary with the trainer's experience and how often you train. The first consultation with Jakub Boško is always free — we agree on the terms with no obligation on your side.
Is personal training suitable for complete beginners?
Yes — beginners are exactly who this works best for. The programme starts from where you are right now. No previous training experience is needed. Everyone started somewhere.
Where do the sessions take place?
At FITINN Kamenné námestie in Bratislava's Old Town — central, easy to reach by public transport or car. We agree on times individually during the first consultation.
How long is the first free consultation?
Thirty minutes. We go through where you are now, what you want to achieve, and how we would get there — free of charge and with no commitment.
What is the difference between a personal trainer and training on my own?
You get a programme built for you, hands-on technique correction, accountability and regular feedback — none of which a gym membership gives you on its own. Progress comes faster, more safely, and it lasts.
What does a strength training session include?
An individual training plan, detailed technique correction, progressive overload, periodisation and regular feedback. Every programme is built on established principles rather than trends.
Do you offer conditioning and functional training?
Yes. Alongside strength training I coach conditioning, functional training, maximal strength development, and programmes for building muscle or losing weight — all built individually.
Can you prepare me for HYROX?
Yes. HYROX is eight kilometres of running broken up by eight functional stations, so the preparation has to build running conditioning and strength endurance at the same time. We build the training around the specific stations, the pace of the transitions between them, and periodisation towards race day. The same goes for obstacle races and running events.
